SHIPPING AND TAXES

Pure Violet will process your order within 24 hours after receiving your payment, depending on the availability of the items ordered.

Your order will be shipped by Canada Post. Delivery time will depend on the delivery option you have selected at checkout.

If a product purchased is defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your package, by email: info@pureviolet.ca and we will replace the defective product or refund you. In this case, we will accept the costs associated with re-shipment of your order.

For an exchange or refund of a product that does not meet your expectations, you are responsible for shipping costs and the risks of product returns. The product must be in its original packaging and have not been used or damaged. It must be returned in the condition that it was delivered to you.

Upon receipt of the returned products, any sum debited by Pure Violet in for these products, excluding shipping costs, will be credited.

Please note: Delivery times are estimated.  Shipping and billing addresses must be valid (PO boxes are not accepted). We ship to Canada and the United States.

TAXES

Pure Violet calculates taxes based on the province or country where the order will be shipped. Federal Tax (GST) applies to shipments made across Canada. The Quebec provincial tax will be applied on the amount of items purchased in Quebec. Prices shown do not include applicable taxes. Taxes will be calculated at checkout.
